We’ve provided translations for convenience, but only the Greek version is legally binding.
By confirming your reservation, you agree that you’ve read, understood, and accepted these terms. You are responsible for making payments, informing us of any changes, or canceling your booking.

Full refund for prepayments.
For prepayments a cancellation fee will apply, equal to 10% of the booking cost or a minimum of €20, whichever is higher.
50% refund for prepayments.
No refund for prepayments.
If additional vehicles are needed upon the client’s arrival (e.g., due to excessive baggage or more passengers than initially specified), a supplementary charge will apply for the extra vehicle used.
Any amendments involving longer or more expensive routes will incur an additional charge based on the updated cost estimate.
Our website supports multiple languages. For customer service, assistance is available in Greek and English.
Once your request is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If your request is declined, any prepayment made will be fully refunded in euros.
When sending us an email, ensure that all details provided—names, addresses, phone numbers, dates, times, flight or ship numbers—are accurate for verification and confirmation of the service. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately to make corrections.
Prepayment is required for routes outside the Kyllini area where the driver will need to travel to pick you up. Exceptions include transfers from Araxos Airport and hotels in the Elis region.
After a successful prepayment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email serves as the binding agreement between you and our company. It will include the date, time, and meeting location for your transfer.
Review the confirmation email carefully to ensure all information is correct. If you identify any mistakes, notify us promptly.
The information you provide during the booking process will be shared only with those essential to the successful delivery of the service. This includes local transport providers, airport authorities, customs, security companies, etc. By completing your booking, you authorize us to share your data with relevant parties involved in executing the service.
During your service request, you may request additional features such as child seats or golf equipment transportation.
Any request to modify your reservation must be sent via email to olympic.transfers@gmail.com. Changes are not valid until we receive your request and confirm the adjustment via email. Modifications must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If the change results in a lower cost than the original booking, the difference will be refunded, provided the modification request is submitted at least 12 hours before the pickup time.
We monitor flight and ship arrivals to adjust for potential delays based on the information you provided during booking. However, if your flight or ship number changes, you miss your flight or ship, or there are other alterations, you must notify us immediately by calling the provided phone number or sending us an email. Upon receiving your update, we will contact you and send an email regarding the status of your booking.
Once your flight lands or your ship docks, the driver will wait for 30 minutes at the agreed meeting point, as specified in your confirmation email or during phone correspondence. This timeframe accounts for security checks, baggage collection, customs clearance, and other potential delays. To avoid additional waiting fees, we advise one passenger to proceed directly to the meeting point within this timeframe. If the driver must wait beyond the allocated time, additional costs may apply. If the client fails to show up at the meeting point within 30 minutes, the service will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. For Athens International Airport ("Eleftherios Venizelos"), the driver's waiting time extends to 45 minutes.
In amendment cases to longer and more expensive routes, the difference is, of course, added to the initial cost estimate.
For reservations where prepayment is not required, please inform us of any cancellations to prevent unnecessary allocation of vehicles and resources.
More Than 48 Hours Before Transfer: Full refund for prepayments.
48 Hours to 24 Hours Before Transfer: A cancellation fee of 10% of the booking cost or a minimum of €20 (whichever is higher) applies to prepayments.
24 Hours to 12 Hours Before Transfer: A refund of 50% for prepayments.
Less than 12 Hours Before Transfer: No refunds for prepayments.
Olympic Transfers cannot be held responsible for unexpected circumstances that may occur before or during your transfer. These include but are not limited to accidents and delays, police checks, acts of vandalism or terrorism, organized protests or civil unrest, unpredictable road hazards, natural disasters, fires, severe weather conditions, or any other events beyond the driver’s control.
All communication with you will be conducted via email. We strongly recommend checking your email prior to your trip to ensure there are no updates or cancellations related to your booking. Notifications will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.
If you change your email or contact phone number, please notify us immediately so we can reach you if necessary.
If you fail to appear at the meeting point detailed in your confirmation email within 30 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, the driver will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided during booking. If we are unable to reach you due to unanswered calls, out-of-coverage issues, or failed connections, the driver will terminate the service without a refund of the paid amount.
After your return, you may receive a service evaluation questionnaire via TripAdvisor. Your feedback is essential for us to continually improve our services. We appreciate your time and effort in completing this evaluation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personal details and destination information (phone number, date, time, address, etc.) are accurately entered when booking. The driver will rely on this information to transport you as close as possible to your accommodation, depending on vehicle specifications and accessibility to your requested location.
Pick-ups will always occur at the location, date, and time specified in the confirmation email. The maximum driver waiting time is 30 minutes. If you fail to show up at the agreed meeting point within this timeframe, you forfeit any right to a refund or rescheduling of the service. For Athens International Airport (“Eleftherios Venizelos”), the driver’s waiting time is extended to 45 minutes.
Vehicle type may be changed due to technical or safety reasons, but the substitute vehicle will be appropriate for completing your transfer successfully. For instance, if you booked a Mercedes E-Class, the transfer may be conducted with a Mercedes Vito minivan. Similarly, if you booked a Mercedes Vito minivan, two Mercedes E-Class vehicles may be used at the agreed price.
Our vehicles hold transportation license, are certified and meet all the necessary legal requirements, as well as insurance coverage.
If you leave items or luggage in the vehicle, we will contact you and arrange delivery to your preferred address. Any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings. The safety and responsibility of your luggage rest with you.
If you are traveling with pets, you must inform us during booking. Pets are entirely your responsibility and must travel in a proper carrier at all times. Transfers with pets are subject to driver approval and vehicle availability. If you fail to inform us about your pet or do not meet the required safety conditions, the driver has the right to cancel the service without a refund.
Drivers have the right to refuse service to any individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate the transfer if a passenger’s behavior compromises their safety or that of the driver. We will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such actions.
The consumption of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles. Smoking is also not allowed within the vehicle interior.
