Prepayment via card or PayPal is required to secure the booking for routes outside the Kyllini area where the driver will need to travel to pick you up. The remaining payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the journey. Exceptions include transfers from Araxos Airport and hotels in the Elis region.

Steps for Email Booking
When sending an email, include the following details for a smooth booking process:
- Pick-Up & Drop-Off Addresses
- Date & Pick-Up Time
- Amount of Passengers
- Vehicle of Preference (Optional; we'll match the vehicle based on passengers if unspecified)
- For Airport transfers, provide your flight number for tracking delays or changes
- For Harbour transfers, provide the ship's name and the name of the departure port for tracking your ship

Yes, refunds are available depending on when you cancel. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your transfer, you’ll receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking cost (or a minimum of €20) will apply. Cancellations made 12 hours before the transfer will result in a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pick-up time.
